These Terms govern your use of HelpLink Ticket Portal.

HelpLink Ticket Portal (the "Service") is a product of Software Retail Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides a free email/form-input based redirect flow. We only redirect users based on information provided in the form and do not provide paid features, subscriptions, or user accounts for this flow.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
3. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in good faith.
You must not:

- attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security controls;
- upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful payloads;
